      Manual flange ball valves are made of stainless steel,  which ensures resistance to abrasion during long-term use. Available in standard sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 12 inches, with special sizes customized if required, these valves can withstand high pressures and operate over a wide range of temperatures, making them suitable for a wide variety of industrial processes with wide temperature fluctuations. The valves feature a full bore design for easy installation and maintenance.

        Feature of manual flange 2pcs ball valves 

        • Durable: The floating ball valve design has a longer service life and a reliable stem seal. The ball valve opens and closes the valve stem for one turn only, so the stem seal is not easily destroyed. 
        • Smooth channel: The ball valve’s channel is flat and smooth, so media is not easily deposited and channeled through the ball. 
        • Quick opening and closing: It’s easy to switch, as long as the valve stem is rotated 90°, the ball valve has completed the full opening or closing operation, allowing quick opening and closing.
        • Good sealing performance: The seat seal of the ball valve is generally made of PTFE and other elastic materials, and the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
