The self-operated control valve is a regulating valve that relies on the pressure and temperature of the medium flowing through the valve as energy to drive the valve to work automatically, and does not require an external power supply or secondary instrument.
Work principle of self-operated control valve
The working principle of the self-regulating valve is that when the medium fluid flows from the front of the valve through the spool valve seat throttling, converted into the pressure after the valve. Then through the pipeline into the upper chamber on the top of the role of the tray, which produces the force will be relative to the spring reaction force, etc.. This determines the relative position of the spool valve seat, thus controlling the pressure after the valve. When the pressure after the valve increases when the force acting on the top plate also increases, so that the spool shut off to the position of the valve seat, so that the spool and the interval between the valve seat is reduced, the flow resistance becomes larger after the valve pressure decreases. Until the top disk on the force and the spring reaction force is balanced, so that the pressure after the valve down to the preset value.
