    DELCO Stainless Steel Pneumatic Double Flange Butterfly Valves

    Introducing the DELCO pneumatic stainless steel double flanged butterfly valve with actuator. Constructed with a stainless steel body, this valve is available in either 304 or 316 stainless steel options and can be customized to meet 150lb/10k standards. Designed for an input air pressure range of 2.5 to 8 bar, it features a minimum 2-inch flanged connection.

    This versatile valve is suitable for a wide range of media, including air, water, light oil, fuels, solvents, alcohol, and various acids. It also offers optional EPDM or PTFE seats to cater to specific application needs.

      DELCO Trieccentric Butterfly Valve with pneumatic actuator

      The DELCO pneumatic stainless steel double flanged butterfly valve offers several notable features. It boasts a long service life and eco-friendly design, ensuring reliable and sustainable operation. The valve is easy to install and remove without needing to dislocate the pipe system, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime.

      Equipped with either a spring return (single acting) or double acting actuator, this valve can throttle flow effectively, making it suitable for various applications. It is available in large diameters and operates with a quarter-turn rotation mechanism.

      Built to meet GB, ANSI, JIS, and DIN standards, the valve ensures compatibility with a range of industry requirements. The double flange end connection type provides secure and reliable integration with existing systems. This valve is suitable for controlling mediums such as water, oil, air, and gas, making it a versatile choice for numerous applications.

      Air source processor: Combines filtering, pressure reduction, and lubrication functions, ensuring stable outlet pressure. Available in two-piece assemblies for filtering compressed instrument air and three-piece configurations for added lubrication.

      Pneumatic solenoid valve: Regulates the opening and closing of pneumatic valves by magnetizing and demagnetizing to direct gas flow based on voltage signals. Offers precise control over valve operations, commonly used for managing gas source and circuit flow.

      Limit switch: Detects valve status and outputs signals for open or closed positions. Critical in automatic control systems, confirming and executing subsequent programs, providing valve interlock protection, and indicating remote alarms within the system.

      Valve positioner: Crucial for precise control over valve positioning in pneumatic control valves, comparing valve stem displacement and controller output signals, adjusting the actuator output signal accordingly.

      Manual device: Complements pneumatic actuator assemblies, facilitating manual or pneumatic operation for butterfly and ball valves with a 90° opening. Ensures versatility and flexibility in valve operation, allowing for manual and automated control as needed.
