    DELCO Hard Seal Three Eccentric Pneumatic Flange Butterfly Valves

    The three eccentric butterfly valve is widely employed in industries such as metallurgy, electric power, petrochemicals, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction. It regulates flow and interrupts fluid in pipelines with medium temperatures up to 425°C.

    Constructed from materials like cast iron, cast steel, and stainless steel, this valve features a unique design. Its stem axis deviates from both the disc center and the body center simultaneously, while the rotation axis of the valve seat forms a specific angle with the channel axis of the valve body, earning it the name “three eccentric butterfly valve.”

      The DELCO DK67-FB Pneumatic three eccentric butterfly valve features a valve body with a unique three eccentric structure. Its valve plate and sealing mechanism are ingeniously designed, offering exceptional cutting performance and durability, with the added benefit of dual functions for both cutting and adjusting flow.

      This valve is compact, lightweight, cost-effective, and easy to maintain. It boasts low friction, high efficiency, and high thrust, ensuring excellent safety. Additionally, it offers integrated travel indication, combining the installation of limit switches and solenoid valves without the need for external pipelines, thus minimizing potential leakage points.

      With the capability for bidirectional sealing and adjustment, this valve meets diverse operational needs. Various actuator forms are available to accommodate different user requirements. The flexible and combined actuator design, including a manual mechanism, ensures versatile installation and flexible control in all directions.

      Air source processor: Combines filtering, pressure reduction, and lubrication functions, ensuring stable outlet pressure. Available in two-piece assemblies for filtering compressed instrument air and three-piece configurations for added lubrication.

      Pneumatic solenoid valve: Regulates the opening and closing of pneumatic valves by magnetizing and demagnetizing to direct gas flow based on voltage signals. Offers precise control over valve operations, commonly used for managing gas source and circuit flow.

      Limit switch: Detects valve status and outputs signals for open or closed positions. Critical in automatic control systems, confirming and executing subsequent programs, providing valve interlock protection, and indicating remote alarms within the system.

      Valve positioner: Crucial for precise control over valve positioning in pneumatic control valves, comparing valve stem displacement and controller output signals, adjusting the actuator output signal accordingly.

      Manual device: Complements pneumatic actuator assemblies, facilitating manual or pneumatic operation for butterfly and ball valves with a 90° opening. Ensures versatility and flexibility in valve operation, allowing for manual and automated control as needed.
