      DELCO Stainless Steel 4 Way Flange Ball Valve With Handle

      Four-way flange ball valves are made of stainless steel to ensure solidity and durability; equipped with anti-blowout stem to enhance safety; optional L-type or T-type ball to support the switching of different media flow direction; can also be derived from vertical three-way (four-way three-position) or five-way ball valves to adapt to more complex pipeline layout requirements. The valve body is designed with soft seal or bidirectional hard seal to cope with different sealing requirements; floating ball or fixed ball can be selected to adjust the valve performance according to the specific application scenarios; in addition, the 4-way flange ball valve is equipped with fireproof structure, anti-static device, optional handle with locking clasp, and conforms to the high platform standard of ISO 5211, which enhances the operation convenience and safety.

         Structural Feature of Stainless Steel 4 Way Ball Valve

         Stainless steel 4 way flange ball valve consists of LL-type four-way ball valve, internal with two independent flow channels. LL-type four-way ball valve only needs to operate the board hand or actuator to rotate the ball body by 90 °, you can conveniently and quickly switch the flow of two media, to achieve the function of a valve for multiple purposes. Another X-type vertical channel ball valve, which is characterized by two channels inside the sphere in an X-shaped arrangement, four channel caliber evenly distributed in the equatorial circumference of the sphere. By rotating the sphere clockwise by 90°, the two opposite channels can be intercommunicated, realizing the four-way commutation function, and the water supply mode is switched once for every 90° rotation.
