Working Principal of high pressure solenoid valves:
When the solenoid coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated which makes the conductive magnet attract the valve spool, separating the spool from the valve seat and allowing the fluid to flow smoothly; when the solenoid coil is de-energized, the conductive magnet loses its magnetization, and the valve spool returns to its original position due to the action of the spring, which stops the flow of the fluid. The control of the fluid is realized by controlling the electromagnetic coil.
Features of high pressure solenoid valves::
- Corrosion Resistance: Unlike regular valves that can rust or corrode over time, high-temperature and high-pressure solenoid valves are corrosion-resistant. Additionally, their excellent sealing properties prevent water vapor ingress.
- High-Temperature Resilience: While conventional high-pressure solenoid valves may become stiff or even burn out when the medium temperature reaches 400°C, high-temperature and high-pressure solenoid valves can operate for extended periods at temperatures up to 300°C.
- Long Service Life: Standard high-pressure solenoid valves have short lifespans of only a few months and come at high prices. On the other hand, special high-temperature and high-pressure solenoid valves, when made with specific materials, can offer a service life over five times longer than traditional products.
Excellent Explosion-proof - Performance: Regular solenoid valves may pose risks of explosion and combustion during operation. In contrast, using high-temperature and high-pressure solenoid valves can help mitigate these dangers effectively.

- Hydraulic Systems: Widely used in hydraulic transmission and control systems to precisely control components like hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and motors.
- Pneumatic Systems: Employed to control pneumatic actuators, enabling operations such as cylinder extension, valve opening/closing.
