It is typically constructed from stainless steel, alloy, or carbon steel, with stainless steel being the most commonly used material for these high-pressure pneumatic ball valves.

      DELCO High Pressure Pneumatic Actuated Ball Valve

      The high-pressure pneumatic ball valve boasts a simple structure, small size, and lightweight design. Its compact and reliable build ensures ease of operation and rapid opening and closing. As a modern valve, it features automatic and remote control capabilities, requiring just a 90° rotation to transition from fully open to fully closed, which simplifies remote operations.
      The valve is designed for easy maintenance with its straightforward structure and generally movable sealing ring, making disassembly and replacement convenient. Additionally, the pneumatic piston actuator is constructed from low friction materials, with the cylinder’s inner and outer surfaces treated for hard anodizing and corrosion resistance.
