      DELCO Stainless Steel Pneumatic Actuated High Pressure 3 Way Ball Valves

      The pneumatic high-pressure ball valves is available in 2-way or 3-way port configurations. It typically operates in a double-acting control mode, with a single-acting option also available. The valve body is made from 304 or 316 stainless steel, and it functions with an input air pressure range of 2.5 to 8 bar. It features a minimum connection size of 1/4 inch female thread and comes with a standard PTFE seat, which is resistant to almost all fluids. This valve is ideal for applications requiring higher operating pressures and temperatures.

        DELCO Pneumatic High Pressure 3 Way Ball Valve

        The pneumatic high-pressure ball valve comes with options for either a spring return (single-acting) or double-acting pneumatic actuator. It offers high torque capabilities, reaching up to 4678 Nm. The valve is available in both T-port and L-port configurations, accommodating either 2-way or 3-way port setups. Additionally, NPT threading is an available option. This valve is designed to handle ultra-high pressures, ranging from PN100 to PN400.

        Pneumatic solenoid valve: Regulates the opening and closing of pneumatic valves by magnetizing and demagnetizing to direct gas flow based on voltage signals. Offers precise control over valve operations, commonly used for managing gas source and circuit flow.

        Limit switch: Detects valve status and outputs signals for open or closed positions. Critical in automatic control systems, confirming and executing subsequent programs, providing valve interlock protection, and indicating remote alarms within the system.

        Valve positioner: Crucial for precise control over valve positioning in pneumatic control valves, comparing valve stem displacement and controller output signals, adjusting the actuator output signal accordingly.

        Manual device: Complements pneumatic actuator assemblies, facilitating manual or pneumatic operation for butterfly and ball valves with a 90° opening. Ensures versatility and flexibility in valve operation, allowing for manual and automated control as needed.
