      This angle seat valve is available in both Normally Closed and Normally Open configurations, featuring a spring return mechanism with a 63 mm actuator. In the Normally Closed setup, the valve remains closed by default (open with spring force), opening when the piston is actuated by compressed air. Conversely, in the Normally Open configuration, the valve is open by default (closed with spring force), closing when the piston is actuated by compressed air. For the double-acting type, valve operation—both opening and closing—is controlled entirely by compressed air.

      These 2-Way Pneumatic Operated Valves are designed for efficient control of liquids, gases, and steam.

        A Pneumatic Angle Seat Valve is a pneumatically controlled valve that utilizes a piston actuator to provide linear motion, lifting a seal off its seat. The seat is angled to ensure the maximum possible flow when unseated. These valves are particularly well-suited for applications requiring high temperatures and large flow rates, such as steam or water. Additionally, certain models can eliminate water hammer when operated in reverse. The pilot control pressure range is from 5 to 8 bar, with a maximum working pressure reaching up to 16 bar.

        These angle seat valves offer a variety of connection methods to cater to different needs, including internal and external threads, flanges, welding, and quick-connect joints.

        The Angle Seat Valve is a 2/2-way pneumatically actuated piston valve for liquids, gases, steam and some aggressive fluids (vacuum services also.) The superior design of the piston is unique to the market, enabling the plug to retract farther from the flow path, ensuring the highest flow capacity. The dual packing design, and a large diameter self aligning stem insures the highest cycle life. A full range of accessory items are available including limit switches, solenoid valves, manual override devices, stroke limiters.
