What is a high pressure solenoid valve?
High-pressure solenoid valve is a kind of solenoid valve that plays the role of pipeline control in high-pressure environment. It usually consists of coil, core, valve and sealing materials and other components, mainly by changing the size of the magnetic field generated within the solenoid coil to drive the valve switch, so as to achieve the medium input output regulation.
High pressure solenoid valve working principle
- Normally closed: when the coil is energized, the pilot spool suction, the pilot hole is open, the upper cavity of the valve is depressurized, the piston is pushed by the pressure of the medium in the lower cavity, and the solenoid valve is open; when the coil is de-energized, the pilot spool resets by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, and the upper cavity of the valve is pressurized by the throttle hole of the piston and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed.
- Normally open: when the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston throttling hole and the thrust of the reset spring, and the solenoid valve is closed. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot spool is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is opened, the upper chamber of the valve is depressurized, the piston is pushed by the pressure of the medium in the lower chamber, and the solenoid valve is opened.
