    DELCO Valve Cast Iron Motorized Lug Type Butterfly Valves

    The DELCO Electric Actuated Lug Type Butterfly Valve offers standard on/off control, with optional 4-20mA or 0-10VDC modulating control. It features a body constructed from either cast iron or ductile iron, with the option for 304 or 316 stainless steel. The valve operates on a standard voltage of 220VAC and has a minimum connection size of 2 inches. It comes with a default NBR seat, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including air, water, light oil, fuels, solvents, alcohol, and many acids. Optional seat materials include EPDM or VITON.

      DELCO Electric Actuated Lug Type Butterfly Valves

      Features of this valve include a broad size range, energy efficiency, and extended service life, among others. It requires a lower torque of either 50N.m or 4000N.m for operation and utilizes a quarter-turn rotation.
      The actuator is available in three types: ON/OFF, regulating, and intelligent. This valve offers excellent flow control with its quarter-turn operation and ensures a 100% tight bidirectional shutoff. The streamlined valve disc design contributes to lower pressure drops.
      Automation or retrofitting is made easy, and there is a wide selection of materials available for the body, disc, and seat. Connection options include wafer, lug, tri-clamp, and flange ends.
