我何時能拿到價格？
我們通常在收到您的詢價後 3 小時內報價。如果您急需得到價格，請來電或在電子郵件中告知我們，以便我們優先處理您的詢價。
如何取得樣品以檢驗您們的品質？
在確認價格後，您可以要求樣品以檢查我們的品質。如果您只需要空白樣品來檢查設計和紙張品質，我們將免費提供您樣品，只要您付得起快遞運費。
我預計多久可以拿到樣品？
在您支付樣品費用並將確認的檔案寄給我們後，樣品將在 3-7 天內準備好交付。樣品會透過快遞寄送給您，並在 3-5 個工作天內到達。您可以使用自己的快遞帳戶，如果您沒有帳戶，也可以預付費用給我們。
整個過程需要多長時間？
After you place a order,the production handling time is about 7-17 days. We need 15 days to prepare all the stuff then 30 days for manufacturing.
運輸和交貨日期如何？
Normally we use shipment to transprot the goods.It is about 25-40 days. It also denpends on which coutry and port you are. It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
