The Manual 3PC Tri Clamp Sanitary Ball Valves, known for its three-piece design, offers several advantages over two-piece valves. It features a partially removable structure, requiring just a 90-degree rotation with minimal torque to achieve a tight closure. Its fully equal valve body interior provides a low-resistance, straight-through flow path for the medium.
Traditionally used primarily for on-off operations, ball valves have evolved to include throttling and flow control capabilities. Their compact structure, ease of operation, and maintenance suitability make them suitable for general working mediums such as water, solvents, acids, and natural gas. They are also suitable for harsh working conditions with challenging mediums like oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, and ethylene.
